Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at orders@beepbuddy.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to pay return shipping.
Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the product repaired or replaced if it is not of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
