Shipping

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

BeepBuddy personal safety alarms are designed to supplement your personal safety measures. Our products are intended as a deterrent and alert device and should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always contact 000 (Triple Zero) or your local emergency services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeepBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This limitation does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
